On January 30, 2019, the Board of Directors were asked to report on the status of Connected Care Homes. As of date, we are currently seeking residential homes in appropriate locations throughout California. Our property acquisition is focused on:

• Bring as much uniformity as possible to the property acquisition process
• Create first-class environments and the feeling of home for our residents
• Reduce the amount of time between the property acquisition and the RCFE licensing process to the greatest extent possible
• Maintain and use acquired properties in ways that make sense for the community and residents
