Our history begins back in 2015, when the founder of the company, himself a caregiver was instrumental in turning his technology company towards aging-in-place solutions for the elderly. We owe more than our name, our logo and our product to our founder. He embodied many of the key attitudes and values that form part and parcel of our corporate culture: pragmatism, flexibility, the willingness to learn, an open mind and respect for other people and cultures.

We embraced systems and business integration; deployed extensive resource planning, customer relationship management and electronic health services; and have established ourselves as an innovator in today's residential care marketplace. Combining experience, comprehensive capabilities across care and business functions, and extensive research on the most successful care strategies, we collaborate with residents and families to help in each and every requirement.
As of June 2018, Connected Care Homes has been focused on acquiring multiple locations throughout California. While we focus our efforts in providing the highest quality of care to our residents, we capitalize on opportunities to provide locations that encourage mobility in a safe environment. Connected Care Homes' locations help in revitalizing communities, reinvigorating properties, while realizing opportunities for providing a home-like setting that gives residents the comforts and feeling of home, which enhances their quality of life, and also gives families peace of mind. Connected Care Homes is proficient and well practiced at managing and operating licensed residential care homes in California.
Our solutions and services were formed during our founders interest and research in healthcare delivery technology as it related to telemedicine in 2015. As the advancements in mHealth and telehealth continued to improve, residential care and technology united under the umbrella of Connected Care Homes. Made up of two business units, residential care and remote patient monitoring services, Connected Care Homes provides strong business technology as well as an extensive range of caregiving services and solutions.
